Judges' Interpretations
A "music video" is interpreted to mean the type of video associated with a recording artist's song, as seen on MTV.
The judges assume that the students will create their own music presentation using music written by the contestant, or music borrowed from other sources.
Students must be careful to follow all laws of the United States and the State of Texas regarding copyright infringement.
